Comprehensive Ranking System-CRS

What is CRS?

The CRS is a points-based system that assesses and scores a potential candidate based on core human capital factors such as age, level of education, language proficiency, and Canadian work experience, and other factors, such as work skills, foreign work experience, siblings in Canada, French language skills, and arranged employment or a nomination by a province or territory.

The purpose of the CRS is to determine the rank of the potential applicant relative to other potential applicants, and whether the potential applicant occupies the rank required in order to be issued an invitation.
