Under Express Entry (1, 2, 3)

1. Human Capital Priorities

Qualify under CEC or FSWP.
Have an EE profile
Notification of Interest from ON.
CLB 7
Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree and ECA if obtained outside Canada.
one year of paid full-time NOC O, A, B work experience
- - FSWP- continuous in past 5 years
  - CEC- cumulative in past 3 years
Proof of funds

Qualify for the CEC
Have an EE profile
Notification of interest from ON
1 year of cumulative work experience in ON in the 2 years before the notification of interest
Work experience must be in an eligible position
Trade certification from ON college of Trades if working/have worked in ON(if applicable)
Currently living in ON on valid WP
CLB 5 in English or French
Proof of funds

Qualify under CEC or FSWP

Notification of Interest from ON
CLB 7 in French AND CLB 6 in English
Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree, and ECA if obtained outside Canada
1 year of paid full-time NOC 0, A, B work experience

Proof of funds

Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).
The entrepreneur can nominate one business partner who needs to comply with all the criteria as well.
Investment: $200,000 to $600,000 (depends on location and sector) with 33.3% equity per nominee.
Net worth: $400,000 to $800,000(depends on location and sector) per nominee.
Two years of work experience as a business owner or senior manager in the last five years.
Prove CLB4 before PR application
Create 1-2 full-time jobs (depends on location and sector)
Active and ongoing management of business
Live in ON for 75% each year during the Performance Agreement period
If purchasing an existing business, must make an exploratory visit within the last 12 months before submitting the EOI
Interviews, business plan and Performance Agreement required
Establish the business within 20 months(under a valid WP) to receive a PR
